做法:洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山和(hé )薏米。用清水把(bǎ )陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅上擦一(yī )遍,放两勺油,待油(yóu )六成热下鱼,煎至(zhì )微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水,放(fàng )入煎煮好的鲫鱼和(hé )其他材料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲(bāo )一(yī )个(gè )半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
