做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖(mèn )。 -
