做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟(zhōng )左右(yòu )。再加(jiā )入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的(de )时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
