做法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼(yú ),洗净淮山和薏米。用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )把陈(chén )皮泡(pào )软,拍(pāi )裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅(guō )上擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺(sháo )油(yóu ),待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入(rù )煎(jiān )煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半(bàn )小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
