做法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏(yì )米。用清水把陈皮泡(pào )软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两(liǎng )勺油,待油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小(xiǎo )火(huǒ )煲一个(gè )半小时(shí ),下(xià )盐调味(wèi )即可品尝。
