做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮山和薏米。用(yòng )清(qīng )水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼(yú ),煎至微(wēi )黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦(wǎ )煲里(lǐ )的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材(cái )料,武火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小火煲(bāo )一(yī )个半小时,下盐调味即(jí )可品尝。 -
