做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
