做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时(shí )候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
