做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后(hòu )加(jiā )少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后(hòu )转(zhuǎn )中火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
