做法:春笋切成(chéng )片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐(yán )捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半(bàn )掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时(shí )盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
