做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬(áo )干的时候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
