做法:洗净(jìng )宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈(chén )皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍(pāi )裂(liè )一小块(kuài )姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎(jiān )至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清水,放入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和其他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时,下(xià )盐调味即可品尝。 -
