做法:春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快(kuài )熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
