做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放(fàng )入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
