做法(fǎ ):洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈(chén )皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜块在锅上擦(cā )一遍(biàn ),放两勺油(yóu ),待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮沸(fèi )瓦(wǎ )煲里(lǐ )的清水,放入(rù )煎(jiān )煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和(hé )其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一(yī )个半小(xiǎo )时(shí ),下盐调味即可品尝。 -
