做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加入(rù )生抽(chōu )、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
