做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火(huǒ )煮开后(hòu )转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
