做法:春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍(shāo )收汁(zhī )时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
