做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸泡(pào ),生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的(de )时候加(jiā )入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
