做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬(áo )干(gàn )的时候(hòu )加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
