做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后(hòu )加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
