做(zuò )法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加(jiā )少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒(chǎo )1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
