做(zuò )法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加(jiā )入生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半(bàn )掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
