做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候(hòu )加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
