做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞(lāo )出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时(shí )盖(gài )上锅盖焖。
