做法(fǎ ):洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净(jìng )淮(huái )山和薏(yì )米(mǐ )。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一(yī )小块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜块(kuài )在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至(zhì )微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里的清(qīng )水,放入(rù )煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个(gè )半小时(shí ),下盐调味即可品尝。 -
