做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
