做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
