做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清(qīng )水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
