做法:洗(xǐ )净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和(hé )薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一小块姜,热(rè )锅,用(yòng )姜(jiāng )块在锅上擦(cā )一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武(wǔ )火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中(zhōng )小(xiǎo )火煲一个半小时,下盐调(diào )味即(jí )可品(pǐn )尝。 -
