做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
