做法(fǎ ):春笋切(qiē )成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清(qīng )水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快(kuài )熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
