做法:洗净宰(zǎi )好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮(pí )泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜块在锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下(xià )鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲(bāo )里的清(qīng )水,放(fàng )入(rù )煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和(hé )其(qí )他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可(kě )品尝。 -
