做法:春笋切(qiē )成片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐(yán )捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
