做法:春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切成片后(hòu )加少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞出(chū )后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
