做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许(xǔ )盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
