做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大(dà )火煮开(kāi )后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。
