做法:春笋切(qiē )成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
