做(zuò )法:春(chūn )笋切成片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
