做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大(dà )火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬(áo )干的(de )时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
