做法:春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切成(chéng )片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
