做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞出(chū )后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入(rù )生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入(rù )少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。
