做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂(liè )一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块(kuài )在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待(dài )油六成热下鱼(yú ),煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他(tā )材料,武(wǔ )火煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )小火煲(bāo )一个半(bàn )小时(shí ),下盐调味即可品尝(cháng )。 -
