做法:洗(xǐ )净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏(yì )米。用清水(shuǐ )把(bǎ )陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油(yóu ),待油六成热下鱼(yú ),煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的(de )清水,放入煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和(hé )其他(tā )材料(liào ),武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火(huǒ )煲一个半小(xiǎo )时,下(xià )盐(yán )调味即可品尝(cháng )。 -
