做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少量(liàng )清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
