做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
