做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖(gài )大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
