做法:春笋切(qiē )成(chéng )片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
