做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
