做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清(qīng )水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加(jiā )入盐(yán ),翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )焖。
